Abdominoplasty – 004HA – side

Patient had previously had 3 C-Sections and had lost five-and-half stone in weight through diet and exercise. Although weight had remained stable for past two years, the paitent was feeling unhappy and self-conscious about the excess skin to her lower abdomen. On assessment it was noted that the patient had loose skin to the lower abdomen with a degree of divarication of the abdominal muscles. A Full abdominoplasty with rectus diastasis plication (muscle repair for diastasis recti) was recommended. After photos taken 8 weeks post-surgery where a reduction of excess skin can clearly be seen. Scars will continue to fade over time.
