Dr Rishika Sinha, consultant dermatologist at The Private Clinic, advises using “products that contain hyaluronic acid to help skin hydration and firmness. Vitamin C is also an excellent ingredient to look for. It is both an anti-inflammatory and an antioxidant and can act as a brightening agent. It boosts collagen and, due to the antioxidant properties, it can protect against the free radicals that can contribute to ageing.”
