We offer two main types of peels – superficial peels and medium peels. Superficial peels are light, mild peels. They remove the outer layer of cells and are used to treat fine lines, sun damage, areas of dryness, uneven pigmentation and moderate acne scars.Medium peels (also known as TCA skin peels because they contain trichloroacetic acid) penetrate further into the skin. They are used to treat wrinkles, acne scars, sun damage and uneven skin tone. This type of peel is used to treat problem areas on the hands, forearms and neck as well as the face.
The cost of a chemical peel treatment start from £58. However the price may very depending on:
- The type of peel recommended.
- The number of treatments required.
The best way to find out the cost of a chemical skin peel treatment is to book a consultation with one of our expert skin practitioners where they will come up with a personalised treatment plan to help you achieve the results you desire.
Consultations with our expert skin practitioners are £25 however this cost is redeemable against the price of any skin treatment that you wish to book following your consultation.
Chemical Peel Treatments are available at our clinics in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Northampton and Leeds.
Four to six superficial peels are needed to treat mild acne scars and to reduce the signs of ageing. Deeper scars and lines and wrinkles will need one or two medium peels.
Occasionally we’ll ask you to follow a very simple home care programme before you come in for your peel. This will consist of a number of products that you’ll need to apply for one or two weeks before your first treatment.
