What is Ultherapy?
Ultherapy is a non-surgical skin tightening treatment that uses micro-focused ultrasound (MFU-V) energy to target depths of the skin that other non-invasive cosmetic devices are not able to reach. The treatment also has a unique visualisation which means your practitioner will be able to see beneath your skin and ensure the energy is accurately deposited to precise depths within the skin to encourage collagen production whilst also strengthening existing collagen for that instant tightening effect.
How does it work?
Using micro-focused ultrasound (MFU-V) energy, Ultherapy treats the deep layers of the skin without causing unnecessary damage to the top layer of the skin. The treatment helps to strengthen existing collagen for instant tightening within the skin whilst also encouraging the production of new collagen and elastin which is why the results are long-lasting.

In the majority of cases, patients often only require 1 Ultherapy treatment. If a patient has more severe skin laxity, then in order to get the best result, a course of treatment may be advised.
There is no downtime after an Ultherapy treatment. Patients will be able to return to their usual activities after treatment. Some patients may experience a bit of redness to the skin immediately after treatment, but this will settle in the hours following.
